If you are the parent of a child between the ages of 3 and 21 who receives special education services, the New Hampshire Department of Education and your school district want your input!
The Parent Involvement Survey in Special Education will be mailed to your home by APRIL I, 2016.
Your input and opinions about parent involvement in special education help to improve special education services for your child and other children across the state!
Once you receive the survey, please complete and return it in the postagepaid envelope OR log on to WWW.NHPARENT.COM and complete it on-line!
