Important Information Regarding COVID-19: AES, HES, and SMS

October 19, 2021

Good Morning ConVal Community,

We were informed yesterday of three positive cases of COVID-19: one case each at Antrim Elementary School (AES), Hancock Elementary School (HES), and South Meadow Elementary School (SMS).

As soon as we were informed of the cases, we began our process of identifying anyone who may have had close contact, which follows the most recent guidance from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (NH DHHS).  These cases are not related to each other nor were they identified as a close contact to any other cases previously reported to the schools.  Any close contacts to the new cases have been notified.

The staff and students at the schools continue to implement the mitigation strategies outlined in our Reopening and Recovery Plan, there is no need to change our instructional mode at this point in time.
