Congratulations to the South Meadow School team “Robotic Pumas Pale Blue Dot” who garnered the Project Presentation Award at the NH FIRST LEGO League State Championship this past weekend.
FIRST LEGO League teams research a real-world problem such as food safety, recycling, energy, etc., and are challenged to develop a solution. They also must design, build, program a robot using LEGO Mindstorms® technology, that competes on a table-top playing field.
Along their discovery journey, FIRST LEGO team members develop critical thinking and team-building skills, basic STEM applications, and presentation skills, as they present their solutions to judges.
