The ConVal School Board has been engaged in developing a new five year plan to move the District forward. The process of developing this plan included a District wide survey that was available online and by mail to residents of all nine towns. Once the survey results were tabulated, the District held a series of forums for stakeholders to participate in.
The District then formulated 4 goals:
- Positively impact student achievement
- Positively impact our culture and our community
- Develop an organization structure that provides equitable, high quality resources to all students
- Implement “Best Practices” in the areas of leadership, personnel, facility management, and technology
